First, configure the settings:
Flush your DNS resolver cache to ensure that your new DNS configuration settings take immediate effect.
Your FreshTomato router should now be using OpenDNS for DNS resolution. You can test this using the nslookup command, or by using OpenDNS' test page: OpenDNS Test Page
