The Ping page provides a TCP/IP ping function within FreshTomato's graphical web interface. Ping allows you to send ICMP echo request messages to see if they are returned back. In this way, you can test IP connectivity to another TCP/IP host.

Address: Specifies the domain name or IP address you wish to ping.

Ping Count: Here you enter the number of ICMP echo request messages you wish to send to the Address.

Packet Size: Here you enter the size, in bytes, of the data portion of each ICMP ping packet you wish to send to the Address.
